196 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the 196 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the 196 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms apply to all users of the 196 platform, including visitors, registered users, and any party accessing content or services through our website or mobile application. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The 196 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend an account if verification cannot be provided.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 196 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active phone number. Providing false or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. 196 will not be held liable for any losses arising from another party's use of your account due to your own negligence.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 196 platform user, you agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local laws. Prohibited activities include:
- Using bots, automated software, or other technical means to manipulate games or betting outcomes.
- Colluding with other users to cheat the betting system or gain an unfair advantage.
- Uploading or distributing unlawful, defamatory, or rights-infringing content through the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 196's systems, servers, or databases.
- Creating an account on behalf of another person without their written consent.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of existing balances, and legal action where appropriate. 196 reserves the right to exercise its discretion in determining whether a breach has occurred.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 196 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is applied and there are no hidden fees for standard deposit transactions using supported local payment methods.
Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX (all major Malaysian banks), DuitNow QR, GrabPay, and ShopeePay. Deposits are processed instantly once payment is confirmed by the respective payment provider. 196 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or e-wallet providers.
Withdrawals will be processed to the verified bank account or e-wallet registered under your name. The account holder name must match the name on your 196 profile. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. 196 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal that exceeds a specified threshold.
Your account balance does not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another user. Any refund claims or transaction disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
Bonus credits, VIP rebates, and any promotional rewards are subject to separate terms of use specified at the time the reward is granted. Rewards obtained through unauthorised means or abuse of the promotions system will be voided without notice.
Liability Limits & Account Policy

The 196 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet all your requirements. To the extent permitted by law, 196 is not liable for:
- Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
- Service interruptions resulting from maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Loss of account data or information due to third-party actions.
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses under any circumstances.
Account Suspension & Closure
196 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, a request by legal authorities, or account inactivity for a specified period.
Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee. Users will be notified via their registered email before any fee is applied. Remaining balances can be reclaimed by contacting customer support within the specified period.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request by emailing [email protected]. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once the review is complete.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 196 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, graphics, and multimedia materials — is the exclusive property of 196 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The 196 platform uses licensed third-party payment providers and game software suppliers. Use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions. 196 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services that may be accessed through or in connection with our platform.
Changes to These Terms
196 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. We encourage users to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the 196 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from this document without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
